同芯多绕组均衡拓扑的分析与验证

【摘要】 随着动力锂电池的应用越来越广泛,为了保证电池组能够安全高效地充放电,常采用均衡拓扑控制电池单体间的参数不一致性,然而均衡拓扑通常无法兼顾均衡效率高、均衡速率快、易控制等特点,因此研究各电路参数对均衡效果的影响尤为重要。根据均衡拓扑的工作原理建立了两种工作模式的等效电路模型,分析了均衡拓扑中的电路参数对均衡速率和均衡效率的影响,利用MATLAB/Simulink搭建了基于同芯多绕组均衡拓扑的四单体均衡系统,验证其均衡功能,搭建了同芯多绕组均衡拓扑的实验平台,实验验证了相关电路参数对均衡效果的影响趋势。

【Abstract】 As the application of power lithium batteries becomes more and more extensive, in order to ensure that the battery pack can be charged and discharged safely and efficiently, a balanced topology is often used to control the parameter inconsistency between battery cells. However, equalization topology is usually unable to take into account the characteristics of high equalization efficiency, fast equalization rate and easy control, so it is particularly important to study the influence of various circuit parameters on equalization effect. Based on the working principle of the balanced topology, the equivalent circuit model of the two working modes was established, the influence of the circuit parameters in the balanced topology on the equalization rate and efficiency was analyzed. Using MATLAB/Simulink to build a four-cell equalization system based on the same-core multi-winding equalization topology verify its equalization function, building an experimental platform for the same-core multi-winding equalization topology verify the influence of related circuit parameters on the equalization effect.
