沥青路面热反射涂层的降温性能研究综述

【摘要】 传统的沥青路面吸热、储热能力强,容易造成沥青路面车辙问题和加剧城市热岛效应的发展。沥青热反射涂层的使用,可以保护沥青路面稳定性和作为缓解城市热岛效应的措施。分析沥青热反射涂层工作机理和研究方法,结合热反射涂层内外因素对其降温性能的影响进行了研究。最后,分析了沥青热反射涂层对热环境的影响。结果表明,填料折光系数越大,涂层对光的反射能力越强;填料的粒径、体积浓度和涂层的厚度均存在一定最佳范围,在该范围内它们越大涂层降温性能越好;涂层结构的改变可以充分发挥填料的作用,使其降温性能得到提高;着色填料对太阳辐射吸收程度不同,因此不同颜色涂层的降温性能不同;涂层运用在不同类型的路面上,降温效果也不同;在环境因素影响方面,热反射涂层在长期使用中会出现老化、磨损等问题,降温性能也随之降低。各种因素对涂层降温性能影响不同。

【Abstract】 The traditional asphalt pavement has problems of large thermal inertia, strong heat absorption and heat storage capacity, which may easily cause rutting problems and aggravate the development of urban heat island effect. The asphalt thermal reflection coating can protect the stability of asphalt pavement. It is a measure to mitigate the urban heat island effect. Finally, the influence of asphalt thermal reflection coating on thermal environment was analyzed. The working mechanism and research methods of thermal reflection coatings were described firstly. Then, the influence of internal and external factors on the cooling performance of thermal reflective coating was analyzed. The results show that the greater the refractive coefficient of fillers, the stronger the reflection ability of coating. All the fillers size, the volume concentration and the coating thickness are in optimal range. In those range, the larger of their values, the better the cooling performance of the coating. The change of coating structure can give full play to the function of fillers and improve its cooling performance. Due to the different degree of solar radiation absorption of pigmented fillers, adding pigmented fillers to the different color coating will affect its cooling performance. Coating on different types of pavement has different cooling effect. In terms of the influence of environmental factors, the thermal reflection coating will get aging, wear, etc. in long-term use, and its cooling performance will also decrease.
