高低温试验箱内温度场实验及数值研究

【摘要】 高低温试验箱内部循环风速的大小对试验区的温度变化速率和温度场均匀性有着关键性作用,为了提高温变速率和温度场的均匀性,以内箱体积576 L的高低温试验箱作为研究对象,通过数值模拟分析6种送风方案(送风风速依次为1、2、3、4、5、6 m/s)下试验箱内试验区的温变速率、温度场,并计算分析能量利用系数。结果表明,方案1、2、3的温度场均匀性较差,故排除。然后再对方案4、5、6做进一步的流场和温度场分析,排除方案4。最终通过对回风口的风速和温度的不均匀系数的计算结果进行比较可知,该型号试验箱的送风风速可选择为5~6 m/s。

【Abstract】 The circulating wind speed in the high and low temperature test chamber is the key factor in the temperature change and temperature field uniformity in the test area. To improve the temperature change and the uniformity of temperature field, a high-and-low temperature test box with 576-L inner box volume was tested. Six air supply schemes at wind speeds of 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 m/s were used, and the temperature change and temperature field in the test chamber under the six schemes were analyzed by numerical simulation. The energy utilization coefficient was calculated and analyzed. Results show that the temperature field uniformity in scheme 1, 2 and 3 is poor, so they are discarded and the remaining schemes 4, 5, and 6 are further analyzed, from which scheme 4 is disqualified. Finally, by comparing the calculation results of the non-uniformity coefficient of the wind speed and temperature of the return air outlet, it can be seen that the air supply speed for this type of test box should be selected as 5~6 m/s as shown in schemes 5 and 6.
