【摘要】 基于创新价值链的视角通过考虑非期望产出的非径向Super-SBM模型,利用中国高技术产业统计年鉴数据、中国科技统计年鉴数据、中国能源统计年鉴数据、中国统计年鉴数据以及京津冀地方统计年鉴数据,测算2009-2018年京津冀高技术产业三阶段的技术创新效率,并在此基础上利用PLS回归分析法分析各阶段技术创新效率的驱动要素。对于打开京津冀高技术产业技术创新的"黑箱"和提升京津冀地区的高技术产业技术创新效率具有重大意义。更多还原
