【摘要】 产业结构问题已严重威胁到我国聚酯产业的健康可持续发展。选取我国聚酯产业链上中下游共71家企业样本,运用三阶段DEA模型,从产业链整合视角分析价值链、企业链、供应链和空间链四维度影响因素,并基于各因素的投入产出关系构建聚酯产业链运行绩效评价。指标体系,对我国聚酯产业链运行绩效进行评价。结果表明:我国聚酯产业链资源配置能力、生产效率呈先波动下降再波动上升趋势,均未达到强有效;我国聚酯产业链规模效率呈先波动下降再波动上升趋势,并达到强有效;环境因素对聚酯产业链运行效率存在显著的影响且影响程度逐年降低。最后为政府和企业提出对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Industrial structure has seriously threatened the healthy and sustainable development of China’s polyester industry. The paper selects the middle and lower reaches of China’s polyester industry chain, a total of 71 companies samples, uses the three-stage DEA model to analyze the influencing factors of value chain, enterprise chain, supply chain and spatial chain from the perspective of industrial chain integration. and based on the input-output relationship between various factors constructing performance evaluation system for the polyester industry chain operation, evaluate the operational performance of polyester industry chain in China. The paper found that: China’s polyester industry chain resources ability, the productivity increases first volatility fell again, failing in strength and effect. The scale efficiency of polyester industry chain in China fluctuates first and then rises, and achieves strong effectiveness. Environmental factors have a significant impact on the operating efficiency of polyester industry chain, and the impact degree decreases year by year.
