【Abstract】 With the global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, tourism has suffered a great impact, urban tourist destinations featuring in“high contact”were damaged obviously. At the same time, robotics played an important role in catering, lodging and health services during the epidemic. Urban tourist destinations are confronted with problems such as concentration of passenger flow, excessive urbanization and destruction of ecological environment. The positive role of robot technology in coping with COVID-19 epidemic indicates that it has a good application prospect in such fields as catering, lodging and tour guide, which will help urban tourist destinations change from“high contact”to“high technology”.更多还原
