机器人技术助力城镇型旅游目的地转变的研究

【摘要】 新冠疫情全球蔓延,旅游业受到巨大冲击,以"高接触性"为主要特点的城镇型旅游目的地受损明显。与此同时,机器人技术在疫情期间的餐饮、住宿、健康等服务领域发挥了重要作用。城镇型旅游目的地面临客流集中、过度城镇化、生态环境破坏等问题,而机器人技术在应对新冠疫情时的积极作用表明其在餐饮、住宿、旅游导览等领域有良好应用前景,将助力城镇型旅游目的地由"高接触"向"高科技"转变。

【Abstract】 With the global spread of the COVID-19 epidemic, tourism has suffered a great impact, urban tourist destinations featuring in“high contact”were damaged obviously. At the same time, robotics played an important role in catering, lodging and health services during the epidemic. Urban tourist destinations are confronted with problems such as concentration of passenger flow, excessive urbanization and destruction of ecological environment. The positive role of robot technology in coping with COVID-19 epidemic indicates that it has a good application prospect in such fields as catering, lodging and tour guide, which will help urban tourist destinations change from“high contact”to“high technology”.
