【Abstract】 A technology innovation model named as ‘Integrated Design-Research-Experiment-Production, InDREP’ is proposed according to the characteristics of research institutes co-established by university and private manufacturing enterprise. The organizationimplementation form and talent training form are explained. The profit model and innovation value of research institute co-established by university and enterprise are discussed.
