【Abstract】 By studying the Web of Science(WoS)publishing rules of the world’s outstanding scientists,this paper reviews the applicability and reasonable application of SCI papers in talent academic evaluation from the perspective of evaluation results,and according to the research results,explores the innovative development service mode of university library in the situation of“not only SCI”,such as setting up dedicated service window,multi department cooperation,reforming and innovating service content,and timely following up information literacy education,etc.更多还原
