【摘要】 建筑企业在绿色转型过程中需要运用大量知识并产生新的知识,对这些知识进行共享对推动整个建筑行业绿色转型具有重要意义。通过构建演化博弈模型,分析了系统的演化稳定策略、演化路径以及主要因素对其产生影响的作用机理。结果表明:(1)知识共享成本的变化会显著影响建筑企业在绿色转型过程中进行知识共享的积极性。(2)知识共享带来的效益提高,增强对知识共享行为的激励以及对知识不共享行为的惩罚,都可以在一定程度上加强建筑企业的知识共享意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Construction enterprises need to use a lot of knowledge and generate new knowledge in the process of green transformation, which is of great significance to share these knowledge to promote the green transformation of the whole construction industry. By constructing the evolutionary game model, this paper analyzes the evolutionary stability strategy, evolutionary path and the mechanism of the main factors affecting the system. The results show that :(1) The change of knowledge sharing cost will significantly affect the enthusiasm of knowledge sharing of construction enterprises in the process of green transformation.(2) The improvement of benefits brought by knowledge sharing, the enhancement of incentives for knowledge sharing behavior and the punishment for non-knowledge sharing behavior can strengthen the willingness of knowledge sharing of construction enterprises to a certain extent.更多还原
