【Abstract】 This article expounds the background and compilation ideas of the revision of the Uniform Standard for Design of Civil Building, and interprets the key contents in each chapter. This article proposes four highlights and innovations: following the sustainable development strategy, upgrading the standards moderately, emphasizing people-oriented philosophy, and defining the responsibilities of designers more clearly. The comprehensive benefits of economy, social and environment will be significant after the implementation of the Standard.更多还原
