【摘要】 项目组针对我国绿色建筑发展过程中存在的标准体系不完善、技术碎片化、全过程协同难等关键问题,紧密围绕"顶层设计-关键技术-工程应用"的技术路线,建立了适合中国国情的绿色建筑性能提升技术体系,建立了具有中国特色的绿色建筑技术标准体系,研发了以性能优化为导向的多维多元、协同共享的系列软件和大数据管理平台。相关研究成果在全国进行了示范应用,支撑了我国绿色建筑实现从无到有、从少到多、从个别城市到全国范围、从单体到城区、城市的规模化和从高速度转向高质量的发展。

【Abstract】 Aiming at the key problems existing in the development of Green Building in China, such as imperfect standard system, fragmented technology, and difficult coordination in the whole process, the project team closely focused on the technical route of "top-level design--key technology--engineering application", established a performance improvement technology system of Green Building suitable for China’s national conditions, built a technology standard system of Green Building with Chinese characteristics,and developed a series of multi-dimensional, collaborative and sharing software and big data management platform based on performance optimization. The related research results have been applied in the whole country, supporting the Green Building development from 0 to 1, from less to more, from individual cities to the whole country, from monomer to urban area, and from high speed to high quality.
