【Abstract】 The key to the development of regional economy is the innovation and creativity, which is driven by regional talents in essence. By comparing the characteristics of the level of scientific and technological achievements, scientific and conditions for technological innovation and the development of talent team in the six provinces of Central China, this paper illuminates the gap of scientific and technological innovation ability in these provinces, and puts forward the path to improve the scientific and technological innovation ability from the aspects of fund investment, platform construction,talent mechanism system and the environment.更多还原
