【摘要】 在分析全球种业市场规模、企业竞争、知识产权布局和国内种业市场规模、科技创新、企业实力与规模、管理服务、种质资源保护与利用的基础上,对广东种业发展现状进行分析。研究发现:广东种业特色作物市场基础雄厚,科技创新能力不断提升,种子企业实力逐步增强,种子管理能力明显提升,种质资源收集保护与利用推进效果明显,但仍存在特色作物品种结构有待优化,产业化水平和科技创新能力及种质资源利用率有待提高,企业竞争力及创新主体地位有待增强,科研种业推广机制及优良示范基地建设有待加强,以及种业管理服务及有关知识产权保护有待改善等问题。为加快广东现代化种业建设,提出必须进行特色种业规划、发挥特色种业优势,完善科研创新体系、提高自主创新能力,扶持龙头企业、增强企业市场竞争力,推进科企合作、促进成果转化,完善种业管理服务,加大知识产权保护。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of seed industry market scale,enterprise competition,intellectual property layout in global and seed industry market scale,scientific and technological innovation,enterprise strength and scale,management services,germplasm resources protection and utilization in domestic,this paper analyzes the current development situation of seed industry in Guangdong.The paper finds that Guangdong seed industry has a strong market foundation for characteristic crops,the scientific and technological innovation ability has constantly improved,the strength of seed enterprises has also improved,the seed management ability also has been significantly improved,and the promotion effect of the collection,protection and utilization of germplasm resources has been obvious,however,there are still some deficiencies,such as the structure of characteristic crop varieties needs to be optimized,the industrialization level,scientific and technological innovation ability and utilization rate of germplasm resources need to be improved,the competitiveness and innovation subject status of enterprises need to be enhanced,the promotion mechanism of scientific research seed industry and the construction of excellent demonstration bases are lagging,and the management services of seed industry and related intellectual property rights protection need to be improved.In order to speed up the construction of Guangdong modem seed industry,the paper proposes that it is necessary to carry out characteristic seed industry planning to give full play to its advantages,improve scientific research and innovation system to enhance independent innovation ability,support leading enterprises to increase market competitiveness,promote cooperation between science and enterprise to promote the transformation of achievements,improve seed industry management services,and increase the protection of intellectual property rights.更多还原
