【摘要】 为促进企业有效开展商业模式创新以适应外部环境的变化,基于双元性理论,通过对276份企业调查数据所做的统计分析,探讨企业双元创新对其商业模式创新的影响以及组织惯例更新在其中的调节作用。得到以下结果:突破性创新对商业模式创新具有显著的正向影响,渐进性创新有利于效率型商业模式创新,但对价值型商业模式创新具有阻碍作用;实现双元创新的平衡和互补均能促进商业模式创新;组织惯例更新在双元创新与商业模式创新之间具有正向调节作用。研究结论对企业管理者进行商业模式创新提供的管理启示包括:要根据所处环境和企业目标适时调整创新方式,在实践中注重双元创新的平衡和互补,以及充分重视组织惯例更新。更多还原
