【摘要】 以J高校为例,在前期调研的基础上,发现现有科研经费管理中出现的诸多问题主要来源于流程管理问题,随后运用流程优化的策略和方法,对科研经费预算管理的流程进行诊断并提出流程优化设计方案,有效地消除管理流程中不必要的审核环节,减少等待时间,提高业务办理的便捷性;同时,流程衔接的信息化,使得面向科研人员的服务水平和管理流程的运行效率都得到了提升。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article takes J University as an example.Based on the preliminary investigation,it is found that many problems in the existing scientific research funding management mainly originate from process management issues.Then,using process optimization strategies and methods,the process of scientific research funding budget management is diagnosed.It also proposes a process optimization design plan,which effectively eliminates unnecessary review links in the management process,reduces waiting time,and improves the convenience of business handling;at the same time,the informatization of process connection makes the service level and management process operation for scientific researchers’ efficiency has been improved.更多还原
