“一带一路”背景下地方高校现代农业领域国际化人才培养途径探索——以西南科技大学为例

【摘要】 现代农业是"一带一路"建设和发展的重要领域,这势必会对我国高等教育现代农业国际化人才培养提出新挑战。国际化人才是"一带一路"建设的根本保障,目前,我国的农业国际化人才还面临着培养结构相对单一、沿线国家的人才交流互动不足,以及整体国际化水平相对较低等问题。本文在分析现代农业国际化人才需求背景的基础上,重点介绍了西南科技大学农学院10余年来在现代农业国际化人才培养方面的路径探索和经验总结,以期为地方高校开展国际化人才培养建设提供有价值的参考,以满足"一带一路"建设的发展对农业人才的需求。

【Abstract】 As the important part of"One Belt One Road",the modern agriculture performs to need more international application-oriented talents, resulting in a new challenge to higher education talent cultivation of modern agriculture in our country.Talents are the important guarantee of One belt One road construction.However, the international agriculture talent cultivation in China is also confronted with man problems including low-level of internationalization, cultural structure simple, deficiency of mutual human resource communication along the route countries.In present paper, we introduce emphatically the path exploration and experience summary of internationalized agriculture talents from agriculture college of Southwest University of Science and Technology based on over 10 years practices, providing valuable references for international agriculture talent cultivation by local university to meet the demands of agriculture talents for one belt one road fast development.
