基于SHEL模型与层次分析法的跑道侵入影响因素研究

【摘要】 文章以跑道侵入为主要研究对象,简述了跑道侵入的研究意义和相关概念。利用SHEL模型分析跑道侵入的风险因素,建立跑道侵入风险评价指标体系。根据各级指标,选取层次分析法构建判断矩阵,对相关指标进行权重占比计算,得出对跑道侵入风险产生影响的主要因素是人员因素;根据跑道侵入危险等级提出预防跑道侵入事件发生的有效措施,从而尽量避免类似事件的发生,提高航空器运行效率。

【Abstract】 Taking runway intrusion as the main research object,this paper briefly describes the research significance and related concepts of runway intrusion.The risk factors of runway intrusion are analyzed by SHEL model,and the risk evaluation index system of runway intrusion is established.According to the indicators at all levels,AHP is selected to construct the judgment matrix,and the weight proportion of the relevant indicators is calculated.It is concluded that the main factor affecting the runway invasion risk is the personnel factor.According to the risk level of runway intrusion,effective measures are proposed to prevent runway intrusion events,so as to avoid similar events as far as possible and improve the efficiency of aircraft operation.
