【Abstract】 Carrying out the curriculum ideological and political education is the fundamental requirement to promote the teaching reform and achieve the goal of high-quality personnel training. In recent years, we have carried out the exploration of ideological and political teaching based on the characteristics of medical microbiology course. This paper mainly introduces our exploration of ideological and political education based on the characteristics of medical microbiology course in recent years.
