【摘要】 本文分析了近年来制约地方院校研究生科研创新能力提升的因素,并基于河南省某高校客观实际,针对研究生科研创新能力,对研究生培养环节把控、研究生导师组、优秀学位论文培育方面所建立的制度进行了分析,强调了制度的完善和落实。并提出要进一步完善研究生奖励和激励机制,建立高质量的研究生创新能力培养平台,以此提升地方院校研究生科研创新能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the limiting factors of research and innovation ability of postgraduate students in local colleges and universities in recent years. Based on the objective reality of a university in Henan province, take into accounts the scientific research innovation ability of postgraduate students, the systems and mechanisms about control of training process, tutor group of postgraduate students, cultivating excellent degree thesis were researched, and pointing the emphasis on the improving and implementing the system. And this paper put forward to further improve the postgraduate students reward and incentive mechanism, and establish a high quality postgraduate students innovation ability training platform, based on which the scientific research innovation ability of postgraduate students in local colleges and universities had been upgraded.更多还原
