【摘要】 站在服务总体国家安全观、建设更高水平平安中国、落实中国企业走出去战略的大局视角下,阐述了高素质涉外警务人才培养的必要性和紧迫性,及新时期开展国际执法工作面临的更新更大的困难与挑战。在分析当前国内高校涉外警务人才培养现状及存在问题的基础上,提出了加强和改进我国涉外警务人才培养机制的改革思路,为进一步推进公安工作的国际化,为中国积极、主动、高效地参与全球安全治理提供有力的智力支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 From the perspectives of an overall national security outlook, more effectively carrying out the peaceful China initiative, and the implementation of"go-global"strategy of Chinese companies, this paper expounded the necessity and urgency to cultivate the high-quality international policing talents, as well as the greater difficulties and challenges we faced during the process of the international law enforcement in the new era. Based on the analysis on current situation and existing problems of international policing talent cultivation in Chinese police and local universities and colleges, it put forward some reform ideas of strengthening and improving our international policing talent cultivation mode, which would provide strong support for further internationalization of the public security work and China’s active and efficient participation in the governance of global security.更多还原
