本科学生心理分析与引导在高校教学改革中的初步探索
Exploration of Undergraduate Students’ Psychological Analysis and Guidance in the Teaching Reform of Colleges and Universities
【摘要】 随着本科教育理念逐步发展,教学改革思路也在不断革新,但最终落脚点均在于满足学生的学习需求与个性化发展,使学生在原有知识储备和能力基础上获得更大进步。对高校教师来讲,准确分析学生学习心理是掌握其学习需求的重要方式,也是教师构建课堂或实验教学思路的重要依据。而充分发挥心理规律在教学中的正向引导作用将推动学生学习心理进步,激活并强化具有不同学习心理的学生对知识学习与探索的兴趣。
【Abstract】 With the development of undergraduate education, the educational reformations have been innovating because they all cater to the learning needs and personality orientation of undergraduates. For university teachers,making an accurate psychoanalysis to undergraduates is beneficial to understand their different learning needs and guide the construction of classroom or experiment teaching thought. Hence, making full use of psychological pattern in undergraduate teaching can promote the progress of learning psychology and activate the undergraduate’s learning interest and thirst for knowledge.
