指导大学生课外科技创新活动的经验与思考

【摘要】 大学生课外科技活动以其独特的优势在高校大学生科技创新能力的培养过程中起到不可低估的作用。本文对作者近年来指导大学生参与各种创新设计大赛并获奖作品的实施过程进行了分析和总结,得出一些经验和有效途径:(1)它山之石,可以攻玉,合适地引导学生延伸创新外沿,以多样化的手段和方法突破创新难度和高度。(2)指导教师落实全方位指导,包括决策、组织、技术及心理等,促进课外科技活动的有效开展。文章最后对新时代特征对大学生课外科技活动的要求进行了思考。

【Abstract】 College students’ extracurricular scientific and technological activities play an important role in the training of university students’ scientific and technological innovation ability. This paper analyzes and summarizes the implementation process of the author’s guiding college students to participate in various innovative design competitions and winning works in recent years, and obtains some experience and effective ways, we should guide students to extend the outer edge of innovation and break through the difficulty and height of innovation by various means and methods: stones from other mountains can be used to attack jade; The guidance teachers implement all-round guidance, including decision-making,organization, technology and psychology, to promote the effective development of extracurricular scientific and technological activities; finally, the paper reflects on the requirements of the new era for college students’ extracurricular scientific and technological activities.
