室外高温环境下建筑工人劳动安全评价
Labor Safety Evaluation of Construction Workers in Outdoor High Temperature Environment
【摘要】 为减少高温作业下生产性意外事故的发生,对高温环境下建筑工人的劳动安全进行评价,以引导施工现场的作业安排。本研究从劳动作业、作业环境、工人自身因素3方面,结合室外高温环境下影响劳动安全的其他子因素,建立了评价指标体系,基于层次分析法计算指标权重,考虑到传统模糊综合评判法无法处理数据间随机性,再引入云理论,基于n组打分结果,通过云熵值、云期望将评价过程中的随机性以及模糊性定量化,进而对高温环境下建筑工人的工作进行安全评估,从而得到各指标处于不同安全等级的隶属度,实现动态评价的过程。结果表明:云模型评价结果的离散化程度较小,专家意见较统一,且综合安全评价结果为7.24,安全等级较差,应重点调整劳动因素中的作业负荷,评价结果符合实际情况,进一步表明该模型的有效性。
【Abstract】 To reduce the occurrence of productive accidents in high temperature working environment, the labor safety evaluation of construction workers in high temperature working environment was conducted, so as to guide the work arrangement in construction site. This study from the aspects of labor work, working environment, and workers’ own factors, combining with the outdoor environment of high temperature under other sub factors affecting work safety, set up the evaluation index system, and based on the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to calculate index weight. Then, the cloud theory was introduced, and the randomness and fuzziness in the evaluation process were described by cloud entropy value.Further more, the safety evaluation of construction workers’ work in high temperature environment was carried out, so that the membership degree of each index in different safety levels was obtained, and the dynamic evaluation process was realized. The results show that the maximum 0. 326 weights of labor factor in the intensity of labor, and the comprehensive safety assessment results was 7. 24, the security level was poorer, which should focus on adjustment of labor factors workload, showing the model’s effctiveness.
