【摘要】 采用结构方程模型探讨了政府、银行、中介机构对科技型中小企业知识产权质押融资的影响及其路径。研究结果表明，在知识产权质押融资过程中政府对银行和中介机构有直接影响，政府可通过银行间接影响企业知识产权质押融资。该研究指出，科技型中小企业对我国经济发展起着重要作用，但这类企业的资金问题一直阻碍着其成长与发展。知识产权质押融资是解决其资金短缺的有效途径，目前对其影响因素进行综合分析的实证研究还比较少。更多还原

【Abstract】 A structural equation model was used to explore the impact of the government, banks, and intermediary agencies on the intellectual property pledge financing technology-based SMEs and the influencing paths. The research results show that the government has a direct impact on banks and intermediaries in the process of intellectual property pledge financing, and the government can indirectly affect enterprises’ intellectual property pledge financing through banks. The study points out that Technology-based SMEs play an important role in China’s economic development, but the funding problems of the technology-based SMEs have always hindered their growth and development. Intellectual property pledge financing is an effective way to solve the shortage of funds for the SMEs. At present, there are few empirical studies on comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors.更多还原
