基于改进的可行系统模型的特殊环境下隧道修复施工过程的安全管理研究
Research on the Safety Management of Tunnel Repair Process in Special Environments Based on the Improved Viable System Model(VSM)
【摘要】 本研究分析了我国在役运营隧道病害突显、维修不断的现状,为解决复杂环境下隧道修复施工的安全管理,运用改进的可行系统模型(VSM),针对重庆市某高速公路某隧道的修复施工建立了考虑环境风险的动态安全管理优化模型。结论表明:通过增强环境的调控功能,实现实时动态的施工安全管理模式,可以有效避免因环境变化导致的安全事故,所建模型为复杂环境下的隧道修复施工提供了一种新的管理模式。
【Abstract】 Based on the analysis of China’s in operation tunnels’ situation of prominent problem and frequent maintenance, the study constructed an optimized dynamic safety management model considering environmental risks by using an improved viable system model(VSM) was established for a certain highway tunnel in Chongqing with the purpose of solving the safety problems of tunnel repair construction in complex environments. The conclusion of the study shows that by enhancing the control function of the environment and realizing a real-time dynamic construction safety management mode, safety accidents caused by environmental changes can be effectively avoided. The model built provides a new management mode for tunnel repair construction in complex environments.
