【摘要】 将科技企业孵化器与风险投资的合作分为直接合作、间接合作以及混合合作3种模式,运用资源互补理论、委托代理理论、合作博弈理论等相关理论分析发现,科技企业孵化器和风险投资机构两者合作联盟可实现资源互补,发挥协同效应。但在现实的合作中,科技企业孵化器、风险投资和初创企业之间存在信息不对称、合作策略的选择难问题以及政府对合作的激励和引导不足等问题。由此,提出加强信息沟通、管理初创企业创业团队、拓展合作方式、政府合理引导激励等进一步加强科技企业孵化器与风险投资合作的意见建议,以期为管理部门决策提供理论支持,促进我国"双创"事业稳健高效发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper divides the cooperation between technology business incubators and venture capital into three modes,namely direct cooperation,indirect cooperation and mixed cooperation. After theoretical analysis by using the resource complementary theory,principal agent theory,cooperative game theory,the paper finds that the cooperation alliance betw een technology business enterprise incubators and venture capital institutions can realize the complementary resources and exert synergies. But in reality,there are problems like information asymmetry betw een technology business incubators,venture capital and start-ups,the difficult choice of cooperation strategies betw een technology business incubators,venture capital and even start-ups,and the lack of government incentives and guidance for cooperation. Therefore, the paper puts forw ard suggestions, like strengthening information communication,managing the start-up team,expanding the cooperation mode and the government reasonable guide and incentive,to further strengthen the cooperation of technology business incubators and venture capital,in order to provide theoretical support for the management department in the decision-making process and promote the steady and efficient development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation in China.更多还原
