MyobraceTM联合肌功能训练对安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形儿童临床效果的影响

【摘要】 目的研究MyobraceTM(MRC)联合肌功能训练对于生长发育期安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形儿童颅颌面组织及行为习惯的影响。方法按照纳入标准选择2017年1月至2018年6月到我院正畸科就诊的20例安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形儿童患者,采用MRC矫治器联合肌功能训练进行矫治,通过头影测量及习惯记录表,比较矫治前后患者颌面组织及行为习惯的变化。结果患者治疗后,下颌矢状向生长以及上下颌垂直向生长有显著增加;覆(牙合)覆盖以及上切牙唇倾度显著减小;口呼吸及咬唇的行为习惯有明显改善。差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRC矫治器联合肌功能训练对于口腔不良习惯导致的安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)的儿童患者可获得良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Objective The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of MRC and muscle functional training on maxillofacial functional structure and behavioral habits in children with Class II malocclusion during growth.Methods Totally 20 children with ClassⅡ malocclusion were clinically corrected with Myobrace appliance and muscle functional training,which orthodontic period was from January 2017 to June 2018 in our hospital.The effect of Myobrace appliance was analyzed through X-ray cephalometry and habit sheet.Results After treatment,the sagittal growth of the mandible and the vertical growth of the mandible and maxilla were significantly increased;the overbite,overject and the inclination of upper incisor were significantly reduced,and the behavioral habits as mouth breathing and lip biting were significantly improved.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Myobrace and muscle functional training can lead to a good result and an improvement of oral habits for children Class Ⅱ malocclusion caused by bad oral habits.
