【摘要】 中国城镇化进入中后期、高质量发展阶段,轨道交通基础设施建设与城市发展联系日益紧密,成为解决城市问题、激发城市活力、促进经济繁荣、改善人居环境等方面的重要推手。文章以乘客行为为切入点,提出基于录像视频观察法探析轨交与商业连接空间的研究思路。以杭州凤起路站地下商业街为例,分析乘客出行行为在连廊式连接空间中的具体反映及现状问题,并提出在完善信息类服务设施和提升功能空间两个方面的策略建议,为连廊式连接空间的研究提供理论支撑。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s urbanization has entered the middle and late stage of high-quality development, and the connection between rail transit infrastructure construction and urban development has become increasingly close, which has become an important driving force for solving urban problems, stimulating urban vitality, promoting economic prosperity, and improving living environment. Taking passenger behavior as the breakthrough point, this paper puts forward the research idea of exploring the connecting space between rail transit and commerce based on video observation. Taking the underground commercial street of Fengqi Road Station in Hangzhou as an example, this paper analyzes the concrete reflection and current situation of passengers’ travel behavior in the corridorlike connecting space, and puts forward some strategic suggestions on perfecting information service facilities and improving functional space, which provides theoretical support for the research of corridor-like connecting space.更多还原
