【摘要】 随着我国城市化进程的加速发展,各地相继开展城市更新活动。老旧小区在景观环境、配套服务设施、道路交通、住宅建筑等方面均有较大程度的老化、破损,无法满足现代城市居民对居住环境的需求。文章分析了老旧小区外部空间环境存在的普遍问题,并以泰州市高港区银杏苑小区为例,探析其改造的策略方法,为今后的老旧小区改造提供实践参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of China’s urbanization, urban renewal activities have been carried out in many places. The landscape environment, supporting service facilities, road traffic, residential buildings and other aspects of the old residential area are aging and damaged to a large extent, which can not meet the needs of modern urban residents for living environment. This paper analyzes the common problems existing in the external space environment of the old residential area, and takes the Yinxingyuan community in Gaogang District of Taizhou City as an example to explore the transformation strategies and methods, so as to provide practical reference for the future transformation of old residential areas.更多还原
