【摘要】 心理教育作为现代思想政治教育的重要内容之一,在新冠肺炎疫情防控中发挥着暖人心、聚民心、筑同心、强信心的作用。新冠肺炎疫情的突发性、破坏性和不确定性给社会成员的心理带来极大影响,部分社会成员产生诸如恐慌、焦虑、盲从、抑郁、敌对等不良心理。通过开展心理教育、普及心理健康知识、开展有针对性的心理辅导、加强心理危机干预、建设积极的社会心态,为战胜新冠疫情提供强大的心理支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of the important contents of modern ideological and political education, psychological education plays a role in warming people’s hearts, gathering people’s hearts, building unity, and strengthening confidence in the prevention and control of COVID-19. The COVID-19 has a great impact on the psychology of social members because of its suddenness, destructiveness and uncertainty.Some members of society have unhealthy psychology such as panic, anxiety, blind obedience, depression and hostility.Providing strong psychological support for the fight against the new crown epidemic through developing of psychological education,popularizing mental health knowledge, carrying out targeted psychological counseling, strengthening psychological crisis intervention, and building a positive social mentality.更多还原
