【摘要】 以东北近代建筑屋面材料为切入点,记录建筑屋面的材料类型、修建国家、建筑分布、屋面色彩、适用坡度等历史信息,建立屋面材料样本数据库。运用数据统计和地理信息软件进行量化分析,获取屋面材料的影响因子。从材料的工艺、形态、构造等多重线索入手,剖析金属、水泥、黏土瓦、卷材等屋面材料的工艺和构造特点。从建筑材料史的视角揭示了东北屋面材料的地缘分界和更迭顺序。归纳出地缘政治、气候适应、工业结构、结构理性、材料流动是屋面材料更迭的根本动因,为近代建筑屋面的修缮提供量化的依据和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This research focuses on the modern building roof materials in Northeast China.The sample database of roofing materials was established by recording the historical information about material types,construction country,distribution,roof color,and pitch.Data statistics and geographic information software were used to obtain the influencing factors of roofing materials.We analyzed the technics and structure characteristics of metal,cement tile,and terra-cotta tile materials started with multiple clues,such as technology,appearance,structure,and fusion.Further,we found the geographical boundaries and the order for the change in roof materials in the northeast from the history of building materials.Finally,we summarized five fundamental causes of roof material changes:geopolitics,climate adaptation,industrial structure,structural rationality,and material flow.This study provides the quantitative basis and reference for the repair of the modern building roof.更多还原
