【Abstract】 In recent years, residential models such as “Share house/Co-housing”, “Self-built house”, and “Cooperative housing” have continuously emerged, and have interpreted the evolution and future development trends of collective housing from different perspectives. In essence, it is a manifestation of “participatory co-construction”. On the background of diversified residential supply of China, “participatory co-construction” has become one of the new focus directions of collective housing. This research analyzes the architectural characteristics and realization forms of some completed cases of “participatory co-construction” in China, and proposes a new concept of collective housing design oriented by “participatory co-construction” in China.更多还原
