【摘要】 未成年刑释人员作为一个弱势群体，存在着思维模式简单、情绪控制力差、家庭功能弱化、社会交往偏差等特点。在重新融入社会的过程中，他们需要获得生理、安全、情感和归属、尊重、自我实现等方面需求的满足，面临着身份融入、家庭融入、社会交往融入、职业融入等诸多社会融入困境。司法社会工作者应当利用专业化和规范化的服务，帮助未成年刑释人员重新定位身份，去除罪犯标签；改善家庭氛围，重塑家庭环境；提高交往意识，增强交往能力；推动社会支持，促进职业融入，使其重新回归社会，步入正常生活轨道。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juveniles released from prison, as a vulnerable group, are generally characterized by simple thinking mode, poor emotional control, weak family function and social communication deviation.In the process of their reintegration into society, they need to meet the needs of physiology, safety, emotion and belonging, respect and self-realization, and face many social integration difficulties such as identity integration, family integration, social interaction integration, occupational integration and so on.Judicial social workers should make use of professional and standardized services to help juveniles released from prison to reposition their identities and remove their criminal labels.They should also improve the family atmosphere, reshape the family environment, enhance communication consciousness and communication ability, and promote social support and vocational integration, so that the juveniles can return to society and step into a normal life track.更多还原
