新拌自密实重晶石混凝土经时损失试验研究
Experimental study on the fluidity loss of self-compacting barite concrete over time
【摘要】 为探究减水剂、粉煤灰和水胶比对自密实重晶石混凝土流动性经时损失的影响,在自密实重晶石混凝土拌合后2 h内的不同时刻,对其进行坍落度筒试验和V型漏斗试验,试验结果表明提高减水剂掺量、粉煤灰掺量或水胶比都可以增加自密实重晶石混凝土初始流动性,但减水剂掺量越高经时损失越严重,粉煤灰掺量的增加可以减缓经时损失,提高或降低水胶比都会给自密实重晶石混凝土造成较大的经时损失。
【Abstract】 To investigate the effect of superplasticizer, fly ash and water-cement ratio on the fluidity loss of self-compacting barite concrete witch time, the slump cylinder test and the V-funnel test were carried out on the self-consolidating barite concrete at different moments within two hours after mixing. The test results show that increasing the superplasticizer dosing, fly ash dosing or water-cement ratio can improve the initial fluidity of self-consolidating barite concrete, but the higher the superplasticizer dosing, the more serious the fluidity loss, the increase in fly ash dosing can slow down the fluidity loss, and increasing or decreasing the water-cement ratio will bring about a greater fluidity loss to the self-consolidating barite concrete.
