【摘要】 逆向拆除是用于城市密集环境下拆除房屋建筑的一种新方法。本文介绍了逆向拆除的基本方法,总结了逆向拆除法的优缺点,分析了逆向拆除法实施过程中的主要问题,并提出相应的解决方法。针对逆向拆除全过程的计算分析,给出了拆除周期、结构安全等级和结构重要性系数等三个基本参数的建议值,供逆向拆除分析设计使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reverse demolition is a demolition method suitable for buildings in dense urban environment. The basic methods of reverse demolition are introduced,and the advantages and disadvantages of the reverse demolition method are compared. The main problems during the implementation of reverse demolition are analyzed,and corresponding solutions are proposed. For the calculation and analysis of the whole process of reverse demolition,three basic parameters are proposed: demolition working life,structural safety degree and structural importance coefficient.
