建筑节能设计基础参数的研究进展

【摘要】 为了进行建筑热工、暖通空调设计与能耗模拟及海洋气候条件建筑节能设计,使建筑既能匹配室外气候条件,又能满足室内设计条件,必须提供建筑节能设计基础参数这一重要前提条件。然而,我国建筑节能设计基础参数存在"不及时"、"精细化程度不高"和"新需求不能满足"等问题。本文基于对当前我国建筑节能设计基础参数研究现状的综述,总结归纳出了建筑节能基础参数研究和发展的几个关键问题和研究内容,并给出了相应的技术路径,以期解决我国建筑节能的数据瓶颈问题。

【Abstract】 In order to carry out the building thermal engineering design,HVAC design,energy simulation and the building energy conservation design under Marine climatic conditions,and to make the building not only match the outdoor climatic conditions but also meet the interior design conditions,it is necessary to provide the important premise of the basic parameters of building energy conservation design. However,problems such as “not updating in time”,“the degree of refinement is not qualified “and “the new demand cannot be met”are quite common in the fundamental parameters of building energy conservation design in China. Based on a review of the current research status of basic parameters of building energy conservation design in China,this paper summarized several key issues and research contents in the research and development of basic parameters of building energy conservation,and gave corresponding technical paths,hoping to solve the data bottleneck problem of building energy conservation in China.
