紫外线灭活新型冠状病毒(2019-nCoV)所需辐射剂量的调研分析

【摘要】 国家卫生健康委办公厅、国家中医药管理局办公室联合发布了《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案(试行)》,并进行了7次修订。在7个修订版(第2至第8版)中,都有"冠状病毒对紫外线和热敏感"的叙述。这定性地确认了紫外线可以对新型冠状病毒进行灭活。但由于新冠病毒是新型病毒,尚缺乏定量的灭活剂量数据。而开展新冠病毒的研究对实验室的要求很高,这方面的研究报告很少。本文针对紫外线对新型冠状病毒作用的定量(剂量)信息进行了广泛、深入的调研,调研不限于发表的论文,也包括用新型冠状病毒和紫外线相关的关键词进行全网搜索。并对调研到的数据进行了分析、讨论。根据这些信息,对于水中的新冠病毒,40 mJ/cm~2是一个安全合理的消毒剂量。对于空气中或物体表面的新冠病毒,目前的研究报告,都缺乏完整的紫外线相关的信息。
【Abstract】 The "Proposal for diagnosis and treatment of COVID-19(Trial)" was issued jointly by the National Health Commission, and National Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and was revised 7 times after issuing. The statement of "2019-nCoV is sensitive to ultraviolet and heat" stays in all of seven revisions(2 nd to 8 th Edition). This qualitatively confirmed that UV can inactivate 2019-nCoV. In this work, the quantitative information on UV disinfection against 2019-nCoV was investigated, and discussed. Since 2019-nCoV is a new type of virus, there are hardly quantitative data of UV inactivation dose. The research on 2019-nCoV is very demanding on the laboratory, so such researches were reported sparsely. In this paper, we have conducted extensive and in-depth investigation on the quantitative information(dose) of ultraviolet radiation on 2019-nCoV. The investigation was not limited to published papers, but also surfed the internet in the keywords related to UV and 2019-nCoV. Based on the analysis of collected information, for 2019-nCoV in water, 40 mJ/cm~2 is a safe and reasonable disinfectant dose; for 2019-nCoV in air or on the surface of solids, currently the information is not enough to reach any conclusions.
