武汉南湖周边某雨水处理厂设计
Design of a rainwater treatment plant by Wuhan South Lake
【摘要】 南湖是武汉市第三大城中湖,水域面积约7.48km~2,现状水质为劣Ⅴ类。武汉市于2019年启动南湖水环境提升工程,雨水处理厂是其中的重要子项之一。雨水处理厂服务汇水面积37.44km~2,控制目标为八大雨水排口全年开闸次数控制在10次以内,TSS总控制率≥75%,COD总控制率≥80%。初雨厂设计规模25万m~3/d,采用细格栅+曝气沉砂池+加砂高效沉淀池为核心的处理工艺,其中均质、调蓄容积9万m~3,采用叠合式布置,最大程度利用了土地。雨水处理厂采用与当地污水处理厂联合调度的方式运行,根据雨量大小设定不同处理工况,主要用于雨水调蓄及中后期雨水一级处理。
【Abstract】 South Lake,the 3 rd largest innercity lake in Wuhan,with a water aera about 7.48 km~2,currently has a water quality inferior to ClassⅤ.Wuhan government launched the Water Environment Improvement Project of South Lake in 2019,in which the instruction of rainwater treatment plant is the most important project.This rainwater treatment plant serves an area of 37.44 km~2,whose control objective is to open 8 drainage outlets within 10 times a year,and control rate of TSS≥75%,control rate of COD≥80%.The rainwater treatment plant with a overlapping layout,whose design scale is 250 000 m~3/d and storage volume is 90 000 m~3,adopts the process of fine grates+aeration sedimentation tank+rapid settler with micro-sand,maximizing the use of land.The rainwater treatment plant is operated by joint dispatching with the local sewage treatment plant,whose working conditions are set according to the amount of rainfall.The plant is mainly used for rainwater storage and first-level treatment of rainwater in the middle and later stages.
