【Abstract】 Under the background that the existing building renovation projects are increasing year by year and the construction cost is difficult to control，the paper summarizes the index system of factors that affect the construction cost during the renovation construction stage，uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight of each influencing factor.In view of the main influencing factors，from the perspective of the construction enterprises，puts forward corresponding measures and suggestions.更多还原
