【摘要】 针对强夯设计的半经验性和夯实效果的不可控性,研究强夯过程监控指标与夯实质量的响应关系,自主研发了随夯诊断技术。该技术借助动静态载荷试验原理、能量耗散和碰撞理论研制了SMS装置,可实时诊断夯实效果。通过工程对比试验,验证了该技术的准确性和可靠性,表明SMS装置性能稳定可靠,可为强夯动态设计和质量控制提供新思路。

【Abstract】 The semi-empirical and compaction effects of dynamic compaction design are uncontrollable. This paper studied the response relationship between dynamic compaction process monitoring indicators and tamping quality and independently developed the ramming diagnostic technique.Based on dynamic and static load test principles, energy dissipation and collision theory, this technique developed the SMS device, which could realize real-time diagnosis of the tamping effect. After engineering comparison and test, accuracy and reliability of the technique were verified, indicating that the SMS device performance is stable and reliable, and providing a new idea for dynamic design and quality control.
