表曝氧化沟与底曝生物池工艺设计对比分析与调控
The Comparative Analysis and Control of the Process Design of the Surface Aeration Oxidation Ditch and the Bottom Aeration Biological Tank
【摘要】 焦作市第二污水处理厂总设计规模15×10~4m~3/d,采用一次性规划,分期投资建设。一期项目规模为10×10~4m~3/d,工艺采用改良型氧化沟表曝工艺,二期扩建规模为5×10~4m~3/d,工艺采用A/A/O生物池底曝工艺,最终设计出水标准均为国家一级A标。结合焦作市水质、水量特点及近几年来两组工艺投入生产运行对比,氧化沟表面曝气工艺具有操作简单、维修保养方便、碳源充足下脱氮效果优于底曝生物池等优势。因此,氧化沟表曝工艺适合于水量波动大、水质硬度高、进水水质指标偏低的中小城镇生活污水集中处理。目前,该厂通过合理调配两组工艺,以较低的运行费用保证了出水稳定达标排放。
【Abstract】 The total design scale of Jiaozuo Second Sewage Treatment Plant is 15×104 m3/d, which adopts one-time planning and phased investment and construction. The scale of the first phase project is 10×104 m3/d, and the process adopts the improved oxidation ditch surface aeration process. The scale of the second phase expansion is 5×104 m3/d, and the process adopts the A/A/O biological pool bottom aeration process. The final designed effluent standards are all A-level national standard. Combining the characteristics of water quality and water quantity in Jiaozuo City and the comparison between the two processes in production and operation in recent years, the oxidation ditch surface aeration process has the advantages of simple operation, convenient maintenance, and sufficient carbon source to remove nitrogen compared to bottom aeration biological tanks. Therefore, the oxidation ditch surface exposure process is suitable for the centralized treatment of domestic sewage in small and medium-sized towns where the water volume fluctuates greatly, the water quality is high, and the influent water quality index is low. At present, the plant has ensured steady and up-tostandard discharge of effluent with a low operating cost through the rational deployment of two sets of processes.
