【摘要】 村民委员会是乡村自我管理与服务的基层自治组织,村委会活动阵地是乡村公共服务设施建设的核心与基础保障。建筑行业内对村委会建筑缺乏统一明确的标准或导则。本文以关中乾县为例,其普通行政村村委会建筑普遍存在功能空间不足或利用率低等问题。基于田野调研总结村委会建筑选址、类型与空间组织等现状特征,结合相关标准指标提出关中地区行政管理类村委会建筑功能的构成、面积大小及空间布局优化方法,以期为乡村标准化类建筑建设提供理论参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The village committee is a grass-roots self-governing organization of rural self-management and service, and its activity position of the village committee is the core and basic guarantee of the construction of rural public service facilities. However, the industry lacks unified and clear standards or guidelines for village committee building. This paper takes GuanzhongGan County as an example,the problems of insufficient functional space or low utilization are common in the village committee buildings of ordinary administrative villages. Based on the current characteristics of site selection, type and spatial organization of village committee buildings, combined with relevant standards and indicators, this paper proposes the renewal method of functional composition, area size and spatial layout of the administrative type of village committee buildings in Guanzhong region, aiming to provide theoretical reference for rural standardized building construction.更多还原
