【Abstract】 By analyzing the status quo of old communities, combined with the relevant national transformation requirements, under the actual conditions of a large number of transformations and complex transformations, this paper introduces the “Two-Eighth Law” to carry out research on exploring core advantages, solving major contradictions, dealing with stage problems, and leveraging finances, implementing the supporting transformation polies, and so on. Then it explores the logical application of the “Two-Eighth Law” in the process of the renovation of old communities, and proposes to seize 20% of the core key to achieve 80% of the work results, clarifies ideas and key points,improves ability and effectiveness and promotes the renovation of old communities.更多还原
