【摘要】 城市是生活场所、文化载体,也是人与自然共生共创的物质环境与文化景观的积存,城市的空间形态与肌理反映了其在历史长河中所担当的角色,是城市发展史在形体上的遗产。在土地经济价值与土地拍卖高效益的社会条件下,城市的历史文化积淀逐渐随着更新发展的浪潮消失殆尽。如何在城市的保护更新中既迎合时代的快速发展,又维护好历史遗存的真实性,保持好街区生活的延续性,健全好传统风貌的完整性,是城乡规划建设者摆在眼前的重点问题。本文以大连开发区五彩城保护更新研究为例,对作为开发区的"光辉印记"的五彩城,在集体记忆的追溯、修缮整治的建议等方面进行循序渐进的研究,以期作为其他地区城市历史记忆地段保护更新的参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The city is not only the living place and cultural carrier, but also the accumulation of the physical environment and cultural landscape co-created by man and nature. The spatial form and texture of the city reflect its role in the long history, and it is the physical heritage of the development of the city. Under the social conditions of land economic value and high efficiency of land auction, the historical and cultural accumulation of cities gradually disappeared with the tide of renewal and development. How to meet the rapid development of the Times, maintain the authenticity of historical remains, maintain the continuity of neighborhood life, and improve the integrity of traditional features in urban and rural planning builders are the key issues at hand. This paper takes the “analysis on the protection and renewal of the multicolored city in Dalian Development Zone” as an example. As the “glorious mark” of the development zone, this paper makes a step-by-step study on the tracing, repair and renovation of the collective memory of the multicolored city, so as to serve as a reference for the protection and renewal of historical memory areas in other regions.更多还原
