装配式PC箱梁桥横隔板温差作用及其效应研究

【摘要】 装配式PC箱梁桥的整体性主要通过横隔板来实现。横隔板开裂会对桥梁受力性能及耐久性产生不利影响。为研究温度作用对装配式PC箱梁桥横隔板裂缝的影响,建立整桥ANSYS实体单元模型,以考虑横隔板对多主梁的复杂弹性约束作用,计算横隔板在不同不利温差作用下的横向应力。结果显示,不利温差作用使横隔板下缘产生拉应力,4种不利温差作用下的横隔板最大拉应力由小到大分别相差50%、12%、30%。工程设计应考虑不利温差作用及其引起的多主梁横隔板附加温差应力,避免该类桥横隔板裂缝宽度超出限值。

【Abstract】 The integrity of prefabricated PC box girder bridge is realized mainly by the diaphragm. The cracks in the diaphragms will have adverse effects on the stress performance and durality of the bridge. To study the effect of temperature on the cracks of the diaphragms of fabricated PC box girder bridges, the ANSYS solid element model of the whole bridge is established to consider the complex elastic restraint effect of diaphragm on multi girder. The transverse stress of diaphragm under different adverse temperature differences is calculated. The results show that adverse temperature difference causes tensile stress at the lower edge of diaphragm. The maximum tensile stress of diaphragm under the action of 4 kinds of adverse temperature difference varies from small to large by 50 %, 12 % and 30 % respectively. The adverse temperature difference action and the additional temperature stress should be considered during the engineering design to avoid the crack width exceeding the limit value.
