【摘要】 计划经济时期的单位家属院如今已经成为老年人的主要集聚地。随着产业转型与城市更新,单位社区存在的空间衰败、设施老旧、管理涣散等问题,已成为其转型过程中的制约因素。本文试图从城市宜老社区的构建角度,通过对西安市典型单位小区——纺织城四棉社区在社区认同、服务支撑、街区肌理等方面的分析,判读单位社区在社区转型中是否可以继承以前的空间特点。在此基础上,笔者提出向宜老社区转型的改造策略,为老旧小区改造提供了一条向宜老社区转型发展可持续的路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 The unit family homes in the planned economy period have now become the main gathering place for the elderly. With the industrial transformation and urban renewal, the space decay, outdated facilities, and poor management of the unit community have become constraints in the process of transformation. From the perspective of constructing an elderly-livable community in the city, this paper analyzes the typical unit community in Xi’an — the Simian Community of Textile City in terms of community identity, service support, and block texture, and judges whether the unit community can inherit the past space characteristics in the community transformation. On this basis, the transformation strategy of transforming into an old-fashioned community is proposed, which provides a sustainable development path for the transformation of old communities to an elderly-livable community.更多还原
