【摘要】 实证调查发现国内既有设施代际交流效果不如预期,本文研究社区养老设施老幼复合功能的国际成功案例,同时挖掘促进代际融合的设计方法与交往模式对于老龄化社会的可持续发展有现实意义。作为建设老幼复合型社区养老设施的成熟典范,德国、日本、新加坡的国际经验值得借鉴与学习。通过对三个国家相关经验的梳理和相应典型案例的分析,从政策指导、空间设计和功能布置3个方面总结建设我国老幼复合型社区养老设施的方法与模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 The empirical investigation found that the intergenerational communication effect of the existing facilities in China was not as good as expected. This paper studies the international successful cases of the composite eldercare and childcare functions of the pension facilities in community. Meanwhile, it explores the design methods and communication models that promote intergenerational integration, which have practical significance for the sustainable development of an aging society. As a mature model for building integrated eldercare and childcare community pension facilities, the international experience of Germany, Japan and Singapore is worth learning. Through the combing of relevant experiences of 3 countries and the analysis of corresponding typical cases, the methods and models of building integrated eldercare and childcare community pension facilities in China are summarized from three aspects: policy guidance, space design and functional layout.更多还原
