【摘要】 围绕新工科专业双创教育中存在的主要问题,提出"五级递进、五环相扣"的双创实践人才培养体系。通过构建多元开放的双创实训平台,建立早研机制,打造"2+2"师资队伍等,建立了一套新工科专业双创人才培养模式。该模式通过谋划清晰明确的双创战略、制订全面系统的双创战术、提出切实可行的创新举措,孕育出硕果累累的育人成果,最终培育出敢闯会创的优秀人才。更多还原

【Abstract】 Focusing on the main problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the new engineering disciplines,this paper puts forward a cultivation system for innovative and entrepreneurial talents, namely "Five Layers-Five Segments". This system constructs a diversified and open training platform for innovation and entrepreneur practices, establishes the early research mechanism,organizes a “2+2” teaching staff and so on.
