【摘要】 润湿现象是一种普遍存在于自然界及生产过程中的常见现象,接触角则是表征该现象的重要参数,该参数能够反映材料表面的许多信息,其在生产及研究过程中发挥着重要作用。研制了一种集自动滴液、上位机图像采集分析、接触角信息打印和二维码生成功能于一体的接触角测量仪,该测量仪具有高实用性、低成本、高安全系数等特点。实验结果表明,该测量仪具有较高的经济价值和推广意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wetting phenomenon is a common phenomenon commonly found in nature and in the production process, and the contact angle is an important parameter to characterize the phenomenon. Through this parameter, a lot of information on the material surface can be obtained, and it plays an important role in the production and research process. This paper developed a contact angle measuring instrument that integrates the functions of automatic dripping, host computer image acquisition and analysis, contact angle information printing and two-dimensional code generation. It has the characteristics of high practicability, low cost, and high safety factor. The use shows that the measuring instrument has high economic value and promotion significance.更多还原
