【摘要】 通过列举近三年南京农业大学博士学位论文的盲审情况,分析专家在评审过程中存在的问题,由此引发对博士学位论文盲审的几点思考。提出保证博士学位论文质量需要评审专家认真评审,学校严把培养环节质量关,关注和重视对博士学位论文完成过程的考核,做好对存在问题论文的处理工作,以期更好地完善博士学位论文盲审制度,让盲审工作在提高博士学位论文质量乃至提高博士研究生培养质量方面发挥更大的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper lists the blind review situation and the problems of the doctoral dissertations of Nanjing Agricultural University in the past three years and also analyzes the problems in the process of the evaluation of the experts, which leads to some reflections on the blind evaluation of the doctoral dissertations. This paper proposes that the evaluation experts should evaluate it carefully, and the university should pay attention to the evaluation of the completion process of the doctoral dissertation by strictly controlling the training links to ensure the quality of the doctoral dissertation. To do a good job in the processing of problematic papers, and to improve the blind doctoral review system in the future, the blind review work will play a greater role in improving the quality of doctoral dissertation and the quality of doctoral postgraduate students’ training.更多还原
